DIY Nautical Matte and Frame Graphics Fairy Reader Feature

DIY NAUTICAL MATTE AND FRAME – READER FEATURE

Today’s reader feature is this fun Nautical Matte and Frame, submitted by our friend Michele Michael.  Michele’s boyfriend found this piece of burlap washed up on a beach, and she wanted to do something special with it.  It already had the blue bird and writing on it.  Michelle transferred my Compass Steampunk imageBeautiful MermaidAnchorWoman at the Sea with Anchor, and Ocean Images, onto the existing matte using a decoupage technique.  She then finished this beautiful piece by putting it into a frame that she purchased at Goodwill for only $7.

This is such a fabulous project! Thank you, Michele, for sharing your talents with us! To visit more of Michele’s projects, please visit her Blog site here.  To learn how to transfer images yourself, visit the Transfer Methods Page.

With love and gratitude,

Michele
